In deciding to be in therapy, you are giving yourself the chance to experience all of these benefits. In that way, you shall be able to solve your emotional problems one by one and stop affecting the people around you. You can continue living a long life together with the ones you love.

Being suicidal will be out of the equation. With DBT in NYC, you shall start to see the good in everything. This can be quite an achievement when you currently feel like you do not have any reason to live. When you come to that point, this is already a grave level of depression that should be attended to.

You will grow more obedient and this is already the start of your search for a new purpose in New York. This can point you all the way to the realization that you do not need to go so low for another person.

Your life would finally take on a different turn. So, you are no longer afraid to take chances on the things which can possibly make you happy. With that kind of attitude, you would feel less lonely and have more friends whom you can share your problem. Let everything out in the open once and for all.

Your choices shall be made rationally from this point onwards. You can get a better hold of your emotions and not let them affect where you will be settling in the future. You may be young but you should start taking responsibility for all of your actions and not use your depression as a constant excuse.

The future will not seem that scary anymore. So, your performance at work can slowly get back to how it used to be. Every challenge can be seen as a chance to grow and you shall gain the respect of your colleagues even more. With their admiration, you shall realize that you are the only one who can bring back your old drive.

Self respect is there to stay. Thus, you are no longer going to settle for something less than you deserve. This applies to all the aspects of your life and your family can stop worrying about you. They shall have the freedom to fulfill their respective destinies and you shall not be considered as a burden anymore.

You shall be bolder in setting new goals. It is actually very important to accept that you have gain so much more in this set up. Yes, you are back to being single and alone but this can be the perfect moment for you to know what you really want for once in your life.

Just take your time and rediscover your old hobbies. Make time for new ones and surround yourself with the kind of friends who will do anything to see you recover. Remover the things which remind yourself of him and simply accept the truth that some things are not meant to be.
