The practitioners aim to get to from a single point to another by using the complex environment. The movements will be done without the uses of equipment but in the most efficient and fastest way possible. The movements will include jumping, climbing, swinging, vaulting, rolling, running and many moves more. Training with others and coaching is important. Start training with others. Getting a crew or group of people with at least two to four members can shed some light on the training regimen. Having some people with you during trainings will open more doors and paths to take and also they will provide constructive criticisms.

Use a method called self exploration. Start by all the techniques that you have learned from time to time. Establish all the moves and experiment on them. Find new direct paths in order to master them all with self exploration. No one knows your body except you.

Get referrals from your loved ones and friends. They may know some people who are into the sport. They can share some ideas and knowledge on where to find the best coaches.

The price for getting lessons is expensive. However, there are some trainers who do not want the money and will train practitioners on how to better themselves by joining their team or group. Make sure to connect with people who are in your budget range or groups that offers free learning.
